Introduction of NEW ERP	The successful implementation of the New and Updated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, designed to revolutionize our institutional operations through advanced automation, seamless integration, and data-driven decision-making.
Feedback & Survey of the University Stakeholders	Commencing from the academic year 2024-25, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) upgraded its stakeholder feedback system from Google Forms to UNI Pulse, an in-house developed app for dynamic, efficient, and responsive data collection.
Teaching Innovations	ICT facilities have been implemented to aid in the creation of e-content for an ERP-based LMS, centralizing course materials for efficient sharing between faculty and students.
Conduct of FDPs	IQAC organizes faculty development programs aimed at improving teaching and learning practices, focusing on subject-specific and pedagogical aspects to enrich faculty knowledge.
Organizing Conferences/Seminars/Workshops/Trainings/Webinars	IQAC consistently organizes events to provide students with exposure and opportunities, paving the way for successful professional careers.
Personality Development Classes	PDP classes are integrated into department schedules, aiming to enhance students’ self-awareness, motivation, and resilience to fulfil life’s commitments.
Remedial Classes/Bridge Courses	Bridge courses help students lacking fundamental knowledge, while remedial classes support slow learners in achieving competencies in core subjects.
Introduction of Value-added Courses	Value-added courses expose students to industry expectations and help bridge skill gaps, equipping them for seamless integration into the professional sphere.
Digitization of Library Practices	The institution has successfully digitized library practices, enhancing accessibility and providing an efficient platform for resource interaction.
Initiation to OBE	IQAC has initiated Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to ensure quality control and foster sustained academic growth through the implementation of Program and Course Outcomes.
Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Bloom’s Taxonomy	IQAC focused on teaching inputs and methodologies to improve teaching learning processes by developing teaching plans, introducing new courses, and emphasizing student-centered learning. It provides a clear understanding of course accomplishments by the end.
Green Practices Including Green and Energy Audits	IQAC initiated green audits to improve the energy performance of existing buildings through energy retrofit measures, contributing to sustainability and the development of a green building economy.
Industry Collaboration and Internship Affairs	The Industry Collaboration and Internship Affairs unit, part of the Placement Cell, coordinates industry collaborations, organizes job fairs, career development programs, internships, and establishes practice schools to empower students for professional success.
Gender Audit	A comprehensive gender audit has been undertaken to enhance the organization's capacity to examine activities from a gender perspective, fostering inclusivity and continuous improvement in gender equality.
Honorarium Policy	IQAC implemented an honorarium policy to reward faculty involved in research and publications, particularly for papers indexed in the UGC CARE List, to motivate high-quality research outputs.
Ethics and Academic Integrity	Academic integrity is promoted through anti-plagiarism software (TURNITIN) and adherence to research ethics, ensuring educational principles are upheld.
Internal Academic and Administrative Audits & Quality Control Certification	IQAC conducts internal audits to ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative excellence. Action Taken Reports (ATR) are issued to facilitate impactful changes.
NIRF	The university actively participates in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) to benchmark its performance against national standards, promoting transparency and excellence.
International Ranking	The university participates in global rankings such as Times and QS to enhance visibility, attract international collaborations, and improve overall academic standards.
